Who They Are:

Bloom Centres For Early Learning, formerly STTANS, started in the St. Thomas the Apostle Church in 1968, and has grown into a community based licensed child care center, and devotes to offer families and children the greatest experience and the highest quality of care while in the care of professional early childhood educators.
